Privacy policy

HGX Media ("we", "us", "LaunchClass") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and phone number you enter at checkout
• Payment data — processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details
• Usage data — which modules you watch, completion state, time spent (so we can show your progress)
• Device and referral data — browser type, IP address (from Cloudflare), UTM parameters from the link that brought you here
• Pixel and analytics events — anonymised events sent to Meta (Facebook Pixel) and Google Analytics 4 to understand which ads work

Why we collect it

• Deliver the program you paid for
• Send order confirmations and magic-link login emails
• Show you a dashboard with your orders and progress
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Improve the product and target ads more accurately
• Meet legal obligations (tax records, grievance response)

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors we need to run the service:

• Razorpay — payment processing (their policy)
• Supabase — database + authentication infrastructure (their policy)
• Cloudflare — CDN + security layer (their policy)
• Meta (Facebook) — Pixel analytics for ad optimisation
• Google — Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery (order emails, magic-link)

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar browser storage for:

• Authentication — keeps you logged in to your dashboard
• Session — preserves your checkout state
• Analytics — Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 drop cookies to recognise returning visitors

You can disable third-party cookies in your browser settings. Core functionality (login, checkout) requires our own cookies to work.

Your rights under India's DPDP Act (2023)

• Right to access — ask us for a copy of your data
• Right to correction — request we fix inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your account and all associated data
• Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw at any time; the service will end
• Right to grievance redressal — see the Contact tab for our grievance officer

To exercise any of these, email order.updates@launchclass.in. We respond within 48 hours.

Data retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active, plus any period required by law (typically 7 years for payment records in India). You can delete your account at any time by emailing us — we'll remove everything not legally required to retain.

Children

LaunchClass is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be notified via email to active customers.

Refund & cancellation policy

LaunchClass programs are digital products delivered instantly on payment. Because you get lifetime access immediately and the content cannot be "returned", we do not offer refunds once a program is accessed.

When refunds are not available

• After you've opened any module of the program
• Because you changed your mind
• Because you expected different content
• Because you don't have time to go through the material

When refunds are available

• Duplicate payment — if Razorpay charged you twice for the same order, we refund one in full. Contact us with both order IDs within 7 days
• Failed delivery — if you paid but cannot access the program due to a technical issue on our side, contact us within 48 hours. We will either fix access immediately or refund in full if we can't
• Never accessed — if you haven't opened any module and contact us within 24 hours of purchase explaining why, we may refund at our discretion

How to request a refund

Email order.updates@launchclass.in with:

• Your Razorpay order ID (from your confirmation email)
• The email you used at checkout
• A brief reason

We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence of content delivery to Razorpay and the bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in future access being revoked.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel — programs are one-time purchases with lifetime access. No recurring subscription, no charges after the initial payment. If you want your data removed entirely, see the Privacy tab.

Terms of service

By purchasing or using LaunchClass, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy.

Who we are

LaunchClass is operated by HGX Media, registered at 1747/B, Hisar, Haryana — 125001, India.

What you're buying

• A one-time purchase gives you lifetime access to the specific program you bought
• Access is non-transferable — tied to the email you used at checkout
• You may access the program from any device using your registered email's magic-link login
• We deliver the program via our dashboard at launchclass.in/app/dashboard

What you can do

• Watch the program's videos, download any included resources, and take notes
• Apply what you learn in your own business, agency, or projects — no royalty, no attribution required
• Quote short excerpts in social posts or reviews (with or without credit, your call)

What you may not do

• Share your login credentials with anyone else
• Resell, redistribute, or repost the program content (videos, notes, frameworks)
• Use the content to create a competing program or course
• Download videos via third-party tools for the purpose of redistribution
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the dashboard or content

Violation may result in immediate loss of access without refund.

Intellectual property

All videos, written materials, frameworks, prompts, and templates are the intellectual property of HGX Media. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and work — not to redistribute them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your use of the checkout is also governed by Razorpay's terms. We never store your card details.

Content updates

We may improve, update, or rearrange a program's content. You always have access to the current version. We won't remove core material without notice, and your lifetime access means you see every future update to the program you bought.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms (credential sharing, redistribution, chargeback fraud). We'll tell you what happened and why.

Limitation of liability

We deliver educational content. We do not guarantee income, business outcomes, or specific results — those depend on your execution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hisar, Haryana.

How to raise a formal grievance

• Email the grievance officer with "GRIEVANCE" in the subject line
• Include your order ID (from your confirmation email), the email you used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue
• Attach any relevant screenshots or documents
• You'll receive an acknowledgement with a reference number within 48 hours

For payment-related issues

First contact us — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank can. If we can't, you're of course free to approach Razorpay directly or your card-issuing bank.
